From www.stuntcompany.com:
New York, NY – Canadian indie-rockers Stars announce a headlining tour of the US, kicking off on the East Coast on March 19th at Sonar in Baltimore. This marks the group's highly anticipated return to the US to tour in support of their critically acclaimed new album In Our Bedroom After the War – dubbed “…just about perfect” by Rolling Stone magazine and out now on Arts & Crafts. As an added bonus, fans who order tickets through the Arts & Crafts website will receive an exclusive free digital sampler with each purchase: arts-crafts.ca/starsticketing
Recorded in Vancouver’s Warehouse studio, In Our Bedroom After the War is the group's fourth full-length studio album and the follow up to the incredibly successful Set Yourself on Fire. The new album is their most fully realized work yet, dynamic and expressive, it reflects how the group has mastered their craft over the seven years they have spent playing together and further demonstrates their ability to write moving literate pop songs.
Confirmed dates for the East Coast leg of Stars upcoming US tour are below and we will have news of West Coast dates shortly. This tour comes on the heels of their sold out headlining tour of the US this past fall where they played to packed houses at legendary and noteworthy venues across the US including Town Hall in New York City, The Orpheum Theater in Los Angeles, and two nights at Bimbo’s in San Francisco.
